agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 You must be a legally operating business to use bookit. You
represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into these
Terms and provide the services offered through the App.
2.2 To
use the App, you must register and create an account. You agree to
provide accurate, complete, and current information during the
registration process and to update such information to keep it
accurate, complete, and current.
2.3 You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are
liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to
notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your
account.
2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your
account at our sole discretion, including if you violate these Terms
or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the App or our
users.
3. App Services
3.1 bookit provides a platform that allows:
Businesses to
list their services, availability, pricing, and other relevant
information.
Businesses to manage their bookings, schedules, and
client information.
Businesses to connect with Clients for the
purpose of facilitating service bookings.
3.2 We are not a party
to the transactions between Businesses and Clients. The contract for
the services is directly between the Business and the Client. We are
solely a platform provider.
3.3 We may modify or discontinue any
aspect of the App at any time without notice.
4. Business Obligations
4.1 Service Information: You are solely responsible for
providing accurate and up-to-date information about your services,
including descriptions, pricing, availability, staff details, and any
other relevant details.
4.2 Service Delivery: You are responsible
for providing the services to Clients as booked through the App, in a
professional and timely manner, and in accordance with all applicable
laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4.3 Booking
Management: You agree to manage your bookings through the App,
including confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as
necessary. You are responsible for communicating any changes to
Clients in a timely manner.
4.4 Pricing and Payments: * You are
responsible for setting your own prices for your services. * You agree
to honor the prices displayed on the App at the time of booking. * You
may be required to use our integrated payment processing system. You
agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment
processor. We are not responsible for the processing of payments; that
is handled by the third-party payment processor. * You are responsible
for any taxes associated with the services you provide.
4.5
Client Interaction: You agree to communicate with Clients
professionally and respectfully. You are responsible for addressing
any client inquiries, complaints, or disputes related to the services
you provide.
4.6 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with
all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including
those relating to health and safety, data privacy, and consumer
protection.
4.7 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: * Use
the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. * Provide false or
misleading information. * Discriminate against Clients based on any
protected characteristic. * Harass, abuse, or otherwise harm Clients
or other users of the App. * Interfere with the operation of the App.
* Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the App.
5. Client Bookings and Cancellations
5.1 The App allows Clients to book services with your business. You
agree to accept bookings made through the App, subject to your
availability and policies.
5.2 Cancellation Policies: You are
responsible for establishing and clearly communicating your
cancellation policies to Clients. These policies must be reasonable
and comply with applicable laws. You agree to honor the cancellation
policies displayed on the App at the time of booking.
5.3
No-Shows: You are responsible for handling any Client no-shows in
accordance with your stated cancellation policies.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 We charge fees for our services, as outlined in our Fee Schedule.
The Fee Schedule may be updated from time to time, and we will provide
you with reasonable notice of any changes.
6.2 You agree to pay
all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay fees may result
in the suspension or termination of your account.
6.3 Our fees do
not include any taxes, which are your responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The App and its content, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are
protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not copy,
modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its
content without our prior written consent.
7.3 You grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your business
name, logo, and service information for the purpose of providing the
App's services, including displaying your business to Clients.
8. Data Privacy
8.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with
our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with all
applicable data privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary
consent from Clients for the collection and processing of their
personal information.
8.2 You agree to only use Client data
obtained through the App for the purpose of providing your services
and communicating with Clients about their bookings. You may not use
Client data for any other purpose, including marketing, without the
Client's explicit consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE
MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE
APP IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
9.3 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE CONDUCT OF CLIENTS OR OTHER USERS OF THE APP, AND WE DO NOT
GUARANTEE THAT CLIENTS WILL COMPLETE THEIR BOOKINGS OR PAY FOR YOUR
SERVICES.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS
OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO
YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR
THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE
[SPECIFY PERIOD, E.G., 12 MONTHS] PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO
THE CLAIM.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit our
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or

including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection

• Your use of the App.
• Your breach of these

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Your interaction with Clients.
• Any services you provide to
Clients.
12. Modifications to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on
the App. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms
constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Egypt.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with these Terms shall be resolved through [Specify Dispute

All bookings made through the app are non-refundable once an
appointment is confirmed. No charges will apply if an appointment is
canceled prior to the scheduled time. By using the app, businesses
agree to and accept this refund policy
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not
be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and
understandings, whether written or oral.
